Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance :
We, at planet industries, have learned through experience how important quality is to our customers. We have had our fair share of not so profitable experiences due to low quality products. We haven’t let those experiences deter us from taking challenges.
Today, armed with that experience; we are able to provide quality, through our principle of 3 aspects of quality.
(1)Professionalism.
(2)Punctuality.
(3)Customer feedback.
We push ourselves to maintain professionalism, right from the first instance of correspondence to the very last stage of production.
‘Time is money’ and we at Planet Industries firmly believe in that age old saying. We strive to get the pre-production requirements set up as early as possible, allowing us to truly focus on the process of production. Through special contracts and partnerships with the local suppliers and manufacturers of raw materials and semi-finished products, we ensure higher product through-put and thereby more time to focus on quality checking.
We consider customer feedback an important part of our production process. Thus once the order is dispatched and received by our customers, we correspond with them for their experience with us and our products, thereby looking at our shortcomings from the perspective of our consumers.
In our workshop; we follow a proper organizational structure, which ensures proper dialogue among the staff workers. Another measure we have incorporated is of delegation of authority to higher level supervisor, allowing them to take daily decisions so as to save time and increase productivity.
Over and above these measures; we also take part in regular training exercise which not only includes equipping ourselves with new and better skill set, we make our employees go through a sort of skill test, which makes us aware about which set of employees are under performing and hence need to be put through training. This allows us and our customer’s peace of mind, as to the fact that only the most skilled of our work force is utilised for the actual production process. Thereby saving cost and reducing waste to a minimum.
